Outsourcing Feedback Examples

Portion of the work I did at Starform was to work with outsourcing team to ensure the quality standards out players expected was maintained. I worked with art director and outsourcing team leads to give constructive feedback on elements that need adjusting so models would maintain relative proportions to real world aircraft. We worked with outsourcing team outside of US who understood English as a second language. We attempted to communicate with as simple terms as possible to prevent confusion. We found that utilizing simplified paintovers with short messaging gave the best results and less back and forth.
